I love the idea of a 13 inch laptop with eGPU capability. Unfortunately this will likely cost about the same as a laptop with integrated 2060 Max-Q while being far less capable on the go because of the integrated graphics. This is essentially a fancy looking standard thin and light for mid level gaming laptop money.

They need to venture to in various categories. But I think this is the growth phase where they are looking for enhancing their R&D. Thus a bit pricier than other. Hope the old pricing retrieves.

Sorry AMD, but Asus is a fraudulent corp they will screw you after the year warranty ends I spent $200 on diagnostic cost for them to tell me exactly what the problem of 2 gv502gv laptops I have with the same issue. Please people take note they will update the firmware to know if you have cleaned or removed the LCD ribbon cable(which comes off when you clean with air can) after putting it back the LCD stopped working this is for both laptops same model number.
can change something: CPU: 5800HS > 5600H GPU: RTX 3080 > RTX 3060 and remove GTX 1650 RAM: 32Gb > 16Gb SSD: 1Tb > 512Gb Display: 4k > Full HD and remove Touch Screen Camera: 720P > 1080P Price: $3000 > $1000-1300

I just have NO idea why they put a discrete gpu in this machine.... The APU would be completely capable... You have the same cooling spec on ONLY the APU and all the external graphics goodness is handled via the custom pcei port (which is waaay better than that thunderbolt crap).
