The quints are so cute they always make their mom feel motivated & also at the times like this make her feel safe. My hands got sweaty when I saw how high it was bc I also scared of heights but Danielle did so amazing even Blayke!

ziplining is so fun but my first experience was not good because it was so windy and on top of that they do the zipline here in Florida over a alligator farm T_T

maybe try the epley maneuver before you leave to do something or when you're feeling off? I got vertigo last year and I can't take drugs at all ....not even over the counter. The epley maneuver got me thru the vertigo. My chiroprator helped.
