In today's video, Greg Doucette and I finally meet in person for the first time. Starting off the vlog early in the morning with a massive 1,000 calorie plate of anabolic french toast right before a big leg day.
In the gym we did a series of competitions including who can squat the most reps with 365lbs & who can get the most reps with 315lbs on the box squat!
Wrapped the day up with an amazing steak dinner and a game of credit card roulette to see who was stuck with the $300 bill 😳

Wow, I would crush both these guys at the squat (can squat 4 plates for 10 reps) and, yet, I’m sure they would kill me at upper body work. Lol I hate my genetics. Still... almost can’t believe there’s actually a lift I’m stronger on than Greg.
