I love your channel. I am learning a lot watching your videos. I would be curious how you had enough time to practice law and make these videos. Then I remembered my Philosophy of Law course in college. The textbook was the biggest textbook I ever had. The number of pages I had to read in the course - each chapter could be an entire book; and I had to read two or three chapters between classes. That helps me understand how you can find the time to practice law and produce these videos. Thank you for being so informative.

@nathan mckenzie As fr as i understand many of that figure were frivolous and were brought by individuals not connected directly with trump's team. However at least 48 (im not sure what the final figure was) cases didnt get past the discovery stage (i think that it is called...the stage where they let the plaintiff present their evidence) so you cant argue they had plenty of times to bring their evidence if the cases were thrown out before they were able to show the evidence. Show me one court case where the case was thrown out and dismissed based on the actual evidence shown, and the argument they gave why the evidence wasnt good. Not a single example! I am not a conspiracy theorist, but this is obviously a massive collusion between the media, the government agencies and the courts. I have no other reasonable way to explain what is going on. And especially now after the dust has settled, we see some ominous signs that we see before totalitarian takeovers. Are you seriously not even questioning what is going on, look at the broad picture. Impeaching a president a 2nd time despite him calling for peaceful protests (the msm cut that part of his speech out btw), msm all banning trump on their platforms, and veritias catching dorsey explicitly giving over his plan to silence conservatives, and that trump was just the start. I understand if you are happy with all this, if you are a dem voter, however, even so your intellectual integrity has to see what is going on, unless you really dont know what i am talking about due to you only getting your information from the 100% anti-trump dominated MSM.

@nathan mckenzie this lawyer has as much access to the evidence as i have. He either hasnt bothered looking at the real evidence, or is willfully not telling you about it. The cases were never brought in front of judges to be heard, rather they were inexplicably rejected before the evidence could be presented. Even the supreme court did this. This stinks to high heaven. To say the evidence isnt enough is one thing, but to deny there is any evidence, is a big lie. Just watch the video of the 4 dem election officials counting and recounting (through the counting machine) multiple times which would have totalled just by itself over 100,000 votes. That is just one blatant piece of evidence which would have changed the election.

There are 4. rules of law . I like # 3. He who makes the laws ,or enforces the same does not have to obey the same. IT' what is best for the system . If it is in the best for the system regardless of his how much proof of insets or guilty . It's what is best for the system nonmatter what. If you are guilty you are going free, or how much proof your not guilty your going to person.

This is not what i like but Trump has done us well buy Giving us a Wake -up call. This shows that we are out of touch with the voters There are a lot of people that are pissed off . Our REPs. are so deep in paper work they have no time for use tax payers. THe paper work is so deep that the REPs have no time to see what is in the streets. I also don't understand how Rudy Gui--ayajany (can't spell that) can be a good lawyer, cause he strikes me as not particularly bright, by which I mean below average intelligence. When I speak to people with below average intelligence I may often believe what they say, or rather, I believe they believe what they say, but I will usually ask myself; could they have got this wrong? Thus I would not be so easily convinced that Rudy was telling me something I actually had to decide legally, ever. But is he a good lawyer? Or was I mean, he really doesn't look it now.

Simple solution: Make trump tally the recount personally, by hand. Then have a neutral party verify his tally, and if a single vote is tallied incorrectly or not counted, he goes to jail. He gets the opportunity to prove his case or be confronted with the truth.

You're right, you are not a lawyer. (TBF IANAL either.) In the US plaintiffs/prosecution have to share their evidence with the defense well before the trial. It's called Discovery. Also if a case goes to appeal, even all the way to the Supreme Court, they can't introduce new evidence. They have to appeal with the only the evidence they provided during the first trial. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discovery_%28law%29 The way lawyers on all sides get around this is by flooding the other side with mountains of paperwork, making them go through it all by hand in order to find the once piece of evidence they think they need to make their case.

well heck. the republicans have laid thier hand out. first, they plan to object to Pence receiving the envelope of the elctorals, ( 2 hr break) then they will object to him opening the envelope, ( 2 hr brk) then with the first electoral vote pulled they will object to that( and each and every single one of them) a 2 hr break for all of them, so this will carry on for 2 weeks. then at the end, they will get another 2 hr break. then when they come back after the break, as they roll call, 1 of a group of 140, republicans will object to resuming, ( for 2 weeks) then again. more objections. ( 2 more weeks) they can keep this going for about 6 months. so trump gets to stay in power till july. imagine that.

That's not how any of this works. 2 hours is the maximum amount of time an objection can be debated, but congress can vote to end debate after 10 minutes if they want. Even if they could delay the counting of the electoral votes for months, Trump wouldn't get to stay in power. His term ends on January 20th, whether or not the votes have been counted. If Biden's win has not been confirmed, then the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, would become the acting president when Trump's term ends.

Pulls out napkin...158 Million registered voters, 74.2m for Trump, 81.1m for Biden, 2.7m for the other candidates. Hmmmm...100% voter turnout. That's weird. Let me check if a 100% voter turnout is normal. Looks up election census data from 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, so that's 85.5%, 88.5%, 89.6%, 86.8% voter turnout compared to registered voters. Hmmm...that's weird. So if 90% of registered voters turned out for the Trump/ Biden election - that would be a statistically high, like the year Obama, the first black President, won. But that would mean.....Biden only got 65m votes! But maybe it was an extra special year, and there 95% voter turnout....Trump still wins - really?! Okay say it was extra-duper special, and there was 98% voter turnout - Trump still wins! Ya, this shit was rigged.

I am just amazed how obvious that your election was stolen. I did the math myself, and looked up the census data myself. There other similar calculations out there that look at the voters and voters relative to the population, I don't know if there are ones that specifically look at % of voter registration to turnout, which is what I did, but the concept is similar. @CanadianLoveKnot lmao so you didn't do any math, you're just parroting someone else's numbers w/o actually understanding them. I suppose this is the same place the "estimate" came from too? I also noticed that once you can't hide behind the numbers, you have to resort to parroting ridiculous theories that don't hold water. You'll believe anything as long as it confirms your preconceived beliefs. GA, who used Dominion machines, did an audit (well, multiple audits actually) after the election and compared the paper ballots to the final tally. There was a difference of ~100 votes. I'm sure you already believe those were fraudulent ballots, but it _does_ show that the voting machines weren't swapping people's votes. Ah, but I'm sure that you'll just resort to throwing out more claims instead of admitting you were wrong, multiple times.

I'm not a lawyer but I watch TV. It happens in every law drama. Lawyer 1 makes a point. Lawyer 2 objects. Judge says jury will disregard. Lawyer 1 winks at client and says they won't disregard. This has been Trump's only strategy for years.

It sounds like the lawsuits were just to create a narrative of fraud for public consumption because the details won’t be reported or followed. It’s a “where there’s smoke, theirs fire” allegation, while they are the ones making the smoke. Trump et al are trying to foment a fascist movement on the basis of a stabbed-in-the-back type myth. These cases are part of the political theatre to advance that cause. The undermining of legal norms and constitutional rights has been underway for a few decades. The crisis will not go away because the contradictions of US capitalism cannot be expunged.
