comedy? where? not here. unless it's the really bad decisions the family makes, mostly the dad. the creature is a good design but questionable cgi. overall it was actually a pretty good movie and I don't feel like I wasted my life watching it

Not sure I get the ending. No one who loves the cop passed it on to him. Guess timer ran out and reset. Thought something more catastrophic would happen when time ran out. Not just monster getting big for 5 minutes.

I guess for any horror movie to be good the people have to be really stupid. They always wait until the monster slowly climbs out of box and looks at them for 10 seconds before shooting. I'd blast that MF as soon as I saw top of his head. Chasing monster with no weapon is stupid too.
