    Natural or enhanced you have to do the same thing, back track, and work on strict and going a lot lighter to work your way back up to consistent poundages to target 12 rep max 80% of 1 rep max for every set of every lift for months. I also recommend doing every set of every lift as 30 rep max 60% of 1 rep max for months to plateau. For enhanced you may have to go off cycle, perhaps use TRT levels, where while off cycle your total testosterone may go down to 300 you can focus purely on muscular conditioning at much weaker lifts before going back on TRT or roids. Get used to lifting a lot lighter, strict, only using good form, and resting 1 minute inbetween each set get a stopwatch this less rest is a lot more challenging and develops alot more conditioning but you develop better recovery from it in the long run being much better at handling your routines without nearly as much soreness. Your routines also take 1/3rd the time to complete so it's a great time saver. 23 sets at 3 minutes rest a set takes 77 minutes to complete, 23 sets at 1 minute rest a set takes 31 minutes to complete. This gives you more time for running and stretching. I personally only recommend 15 minutes of very intense running after a routine but temporary periods of running a hour a day to plateau when you stop improving at time at this go back to 15 minutes a day and periodically go a hour a day of running. You also have to count driving time and availability of equipment at the gym that makes routines take longer so you want to save what time you can.

    Jeff, the speed stuff that you were explaining at some point is pretty easy to understand under Newton laws. The goal is to increase the power of the muscle (maximum muscle fiber ). P=F*S Power is equal to the multiplication of the Force and the Speed So you have the choice to do heavy then F will increase (F=m*G m: Mass and G is the gravitational CONSTANT). Or you can increase the Speed. Double the Force and keep the speed constant or double the speed and keep the Force constant will lead to the same number of muscle fibers....

    Meadows is the man. One thing he does with his content is he talks to the person on gear and the Natty. He then has advice for both sides and acknowledges both need different practices. It's not ridiculously drastic but he knows the Natty can't do as much volume and has to be in tune with nutrition and consistency. It's nice to see. Some say this is the way for everyone and that's just not right. A Natty can't train and recover like someone on gear. A Natty can still get fairly big or very lean but not both to the extreme.

He's polite, Honest, Very Knowledgable, Likes to see people succeed and Isn't just some douche that screams curse words in the gym, and brags about his physique although his is absolutely incredible.     @31:00 John brings up natty's that recover super fast. That's me. I'm a retrain after 7 years away. I'm following a total body hypertrophy split that calls for four recovery days a week but I really question if I need em or if I'm missing gains. Any advice?
