Im sorry but this whole bmi is complete bullshit. A doctor over the phone found out my bmi is 28-30, and they said i was obease. I came in for an appointment . They quickly realized, im muscle, and have a big booty. Theres no way im going to lose my muscle weight just because they said im “over weight”. I have a small waist and big boobs and big butt. Call me when im unhealthy, and not working out ✌️

To loss that amount of weight you would have to fast some days to control your appetite..That's how I lost weight and kept it off plus cut back on sweet n carbs.and do more walking everyday for about 20 to 30 minutes...when you are that young the weight will drop off faster because of your metabolism will burn off faster..Good luck Girl!! When people use the word "discipline" it's never going to work. Weight loss shouldn't be a prison sentence. They need to be shown that healthy food is *delicious* and that it'll make them feel better and more confident. They're uneducated on how to cook proper meals. To them, it's eating lettuce. No wonder they don't like it and can't stick to it. If they just ate smaller portion sizes of junk food and did a little walking each day they'd see massive improvement!! There's so much laziness and depression that gets them to that point. Someone make them amazing delicious keto desserts please.
