Look folks , If Belichik allowed Brady to Game Plan with him , and his Offensive Coordinators for 20 years , he DID let Brady coach a lot in 20 years in NE . Belichik allowed Brady to coach more than any Head Coach would . Arians obviously doesn't know much about what Brady did with NE . Brady had to Coach those scarecrow and pumpkin players in NE after that first Superbowl win just to stay competitive . That's probably why Belichik wanted Brady out of there so much for at least the last decade . Brady was the Head Coach and Positions Coach there a little too much for those 20 years . People were starting to question Belichik's importance with Pats , which is questionable . Belichik is 61 - 74 without Brady . In contrast Jason Garrett is 85-76 as a Head Coach for a decade with a dysfunctional diva owner / players , without a Brady caliber QB folks , and he was fired . Now people are questioning Arians' importance in Tampa . Brady is the Head Coach of Tampa really . Arians has already said the players react to Brady's Leadership the most .

If Brady was built like Cam Newton maybe people wouldn't bring up the system as often. Look at his play in New England; Brady passed the ball or chucked it out of bounds at 2 seconds nearly every single snap making intermediate play action and rpo passes. They practiced incredibly hard, built chemistry, eliminated errors while also creating impeccable timing in an offense that was driven by the run game, supported by a great defense and featured the greatest TE to ever play the game. So yeah, of course people mention the system. Brady was always to thin and slow in school (definitely one of the reasons why he was drafted late) but his intangibles allow him to overcome that. He's an intelligent, perfection seeking grinder who remains cool and poised under pressure. That said he was definitely in a system with the Patriots and playing in a division of door mats. He has definitely proven that his success is a result of more then just the "Patriot Way" though and I suspect that was one of the reasons Brady chose to make a move during the off season.

A qb is not a solution to the jets problems. They need massive talent from top to bottom. If im the jets I keep their qb and draft a WR, RB, OL, and CB. Basically choose what to fix..offense or defense.
