You'll probably never see this, but in the book Spirit Babies, miscarriage before twin pregnancy is a common phenomenon. The spirit of the unborn baby wasn't ready to enter into the world and needed his/her brother/sister to come too! What a blessing!! Congratulations!

Congrats!!! Our boy/girl twins turn 21 on June 19th. They were due July 3rd, but delivered early because they didn't like to go full term on twins. My wife had a miscarriage before the twins so our story was similar. She started having spotting, so we were worried about another miscarriage. I took our son for a walk while she went to the doctor. I was sick w/ worry and couldn't' sit still. When I got back she was already there. She said everything was OK, the doctor said it was normal for, and she held up 2 fingers. I had heard the expression "my jaw dropped," but didn't think that was real, until she told me. They're both amazing. The girl is dong very well on her way to a bachelors in nursing. Her twin brother was just hired as a firefighter. Enjoy every second, it goes so fast. I'm sure yours will be amazing too. God bless!!!

Lauren, PLEASE do NOT get any vaccines or flu shots while pregnant!! I’ve heard about so many women who did, many pregnant with twins, and they lost one or both babies 😭. I just can’t believe doctors are even recommending this 😡. It’s crazy. Don’t do it! (I don’t know what you think about vaccines for children but I REALLY hope you’ll thoroughly research the subject and listen to all the parents who have lost kids to vaccines or watched their child regress into autism or sickness. It’s not a crazy conspiracy theory! These parents are EX vaxxers who trusted their doctors, not anti-vaxxers who say these things only to be treated like criminals by the corrupt media. If you haven’t seen the VAXXED movies, watch them. Another great source is Del Bigtree and his show The Highwire. He left his good-paying job as a producer of the show The Doctors when he learned the truth. He knows what he’s talking about and he has some excellent guests. Also, Robert Kennedy Jr. is a great source of information).

I've heard so many times that babies you lose in pregnancy often come back as younger siblings. Maybe you're having twins instead of a singleton because your little one you lost had to join in too! Congrats to you guys!!
